I just recently got a Keurig machine and I love it, but I never imagined I'd be using it to make some soup. Campbell's just announced that they will be introducing k-cups in the near future in which anyone can "brew" a cup of soup. The way this works is you can place the k-cup in the machine and the boiling, flavored water will fall over some dry noodles that will then form delicious soup! Sure it seems pretty strange that coffee and soup could come out of the same machine, but just think how many flavors come out of the Coca-Cola Freestyle, over 100. At the very least, I am impressed at Campbell's ability to innovate and challenge the way we can make soup. It took some creativity to say, "this wasn't designed to make soup, but could it?"
